Middle Road, Havelock North

This was an architecturally designed house, with a very high level of finish including specially designed bathrooms.

The existing house was demolished to slab level, which was extended at both ends of the house including a cantilevered concrete slab across one end. Slab thickenings were installed to allow for complex steelwork and we constructed a lot of the framing onsite to achieve client expectations.

There were very specific exterior cladding requirements that we worked through with the client to achieve the high standards of workmanship.

Landscaping and earthworks were project managed and completed by Harland Construction including retaining walls, pool, pool house and driveway.
