Rochford Road, Havelock North

All aspects of this home were designed and built by Matt Harland for his family.

The house is north-facing, multi-level house with communal areas from the deck to pool area. Matt wanted the out-of-ground concrete swimming pool right next to the house to get a water feel close to all living areas.

It was a technically challenging site with a steep hill requiring retaining walls and a carefully planned driveway.
